The Missouri Rice Research & Merchandising Council will vote at their next monthly meeting, Thursday, August 21, on the proposed bylaw change:
Article VI Section 1 (Current):
“Board members will be elected for the county of their residency.”
Proposed Revision to Article VI Section 1:
“Board members will be elected to the district where their county Farm Service Agency Control office is located.”
